Sunland Park Vacations from $598

Breakfast is horrible and they do not clean rooms everyday but besides that it was ok

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s definitely dated and old, but views are great and location works best for us.

Excellent the only thing that could been explained more was the parking I kept using the long way to the parking lot but other than that it was a beautiful, luxurious hotel with a beautiful view and lots of lodging spots.

I like the property looks a lot better.

We arrived into Ruidoso early so we decided to stop at the office and ask if we could check in early. The person who I spoke to had an attitude and treated me as if this had never been asked before. Had the cabin not been ready or if I had just been told no I would have been fine with that. This particular unit could use some updating, worn stained carpet, broken blinds, and huge crack in the bathroom counter. Three different mornings the smoke detector went off while we showered which we did report. The good points are the location, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
